Eligibility for Returns:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and certificates.
- Custom-made jewelry or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please email our customer service at info@gemrockceylon.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item with all relevant documents and send it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy:
- Once the returned item is inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

- Items damaged due to customer negligence or improper care
International Returns:
